Building a Brand People Could Experience
I joined OMB during a major rebrand and helped turn the new identity into something customers could see and experience across advertising, digital, print, photography and physical spaces. From building an original photography library to campaigns, customer communications and environmental applications, my role was figuring out how the brand should work in the real world—and keeping it consistent wherever customers encountered it.

Building the Visual Library
A new brand needed imagery that felt like it belonged to it. I helped build OMB’s original photography library from the ground up, planning and directing lifestyle shoots around what we knew the brand would need across web, advertising, social and future campaigns.
One of the largest productions was a week-long, multi-location shoot for the bank’s new website. Planning meant thinking beyond individual images—locations, talent, wardrobe, shot needs, crops and how the photography would eventually work across different formats.

One shoot. A lot of places to go.
The goal was never just to come away with great photographs. It was to create a flexible library of imagery that could keep working long after the shoot was over.

Making a Lot of Information Feel Simple
Some of the hardest design problems don’t start with too little—they start with too much. Customer communications often meant organizing a large amount of important information into something clear, approachable and easy to navigate.

During a product conversion, there was a lot customers needed to know, but it didn’t need to feel overwhelming. I used clear hierarchy, thoughtful pacing and approachable design to turn a lot of information into something customers could actually use.

MORTGAGE GUIDE
Turning a complicated process into a resource customers could understand, keep and return to.

The Brand in the Real World
Wherever customers encountered it.
From signage and environmental graphics to printed materials and everyday customer touchpoints, each application was another opportunity to make the new identity feel established, recognizable and distinctly OMB.
